"Mini golf didn’t really match what the website made it seem like"
We went for mini golf and ended up disappointed. The website made it seem like the course would be in better shape, so we were a little confused when we got there and found some of the holes worn out. A couple of them didn’t even play right, which got frustrating. It was also crowded, and the staff seemed too busy to really answer questions or help much. The kids still had a little fun, so it wasn’t a total bust, but for the price I was expecting it to be cleaner and better maintained

"Super easy place to get around from"
This spot was really convenient and close to everything we needed. Made getting around super easy, which we definitely appreciated.

"The pricing left me a bit drained"
Booking itself was fine, but the pricing kind of wore me out. I thought I understood the total, then extra costs started showing up later and it just felt confusing. I really wish everything had been clearer upfront so I didn’t have to mentally piece it all together.

"Stayed here for a quick trip and..."
Stayed here for a quick trip and it was alright overall. I was already feeling mentally drained from traveling, so the small room probably bothered me more than usual. Once we got our bags in, there really wasn’t much space for our family to move around. It was clean enough and fine for sleeping, but definitely not a place I’d want to hang out in for long

"Okay package, just not a huge deal"
I don’t know why, but I kind of expected the package from grandcountry.com to feel like a bigger bargain. It was still decent for the price, and having the room and tickets bundled together definitely made things easier. A few of the shows were fun, and the room was fine, just basic overall. I might book through them again, but probably only if I found a better deal next time.

"Felt like I got stuck with a underwhelming show"
I was really hoping this would be better, but it just wasn’t. I felt like I ended up sitting through a show that didn’t really deliver, which was disappointing. Maybe other people enjoyed it, but for me, it felt like I was the unlucky one who picked the wrong night or the wrong show.

When I went, there were lines pretty much everywhere, and it felt like the staff couldn’t keep up. From my experience, the whole place seemed a bit overwhelmed, which made it harder to enjoy the visit.

"Surprisingly quiet even though it was busy"
I was a little unsure since the place seemed busy, but it ended up being really quiet. I slept well both nights. Curious if other people had the same experience, but for me the noise level was totally fine.

"Easy booking, with a small bit of wait-and-see"
I booked our tickets through grandcountry.com, and overall it was a smooth process. The dates and show times were easy to figure out, and checkout was quick, which I appreciated. I still felt a little unsure until everything was confirmed, though, just because online ticket stuff can be hit or miss sometimes.
The confirmation email came through right away, so that helped put my mind at ease. When we got there, they found our tickets without any hassle, which was a relief. I’d probably use it again, even if I’d still double-check everything like I always do...

"Solid breakfast before our show"
We stopped in for breakfast before our show, and it hit the spot. The food was hot, filling, and better than some of the quick breakfasts we’ve grabbed before events. Nothing fancy, but no complaints from us.

"We brought our kids here for the..."
We brought our kids here for the weekend, and they had a good time. Between the arcade, mini golf, and water park, there was plenty to keep them busy, which was kinda nice for us too.

That said, it did feel crowded, and the price felt a little high for what you get. A few areas also seemed like they could’ve been cleaned better. Overall, not a bad spot, just kinda not amazing either

"Worth it for the indoor waterpark"
We mostly booked this place for the indoor waterpark, i feel like that was a perfectly good reason. The kids ran around for hours, loved the slides, and the whole area seemed clean. The staff was nice too when we asked for extra towels. It’s not some super fancy resort or anything, but for an easy family getaway where the kids are entertained, it did exactly what we needed

"Maintenance really needs to step it up"
We stayed at Grand Country the place just felt kind of run down. I don’t know who’s supposed to be keeping up with the rooms, but ours definitely needed some attention. The door handle was loose, the carpet had stains, and the bathroom fan barely did anything. The staff was friendly enough, so no complaints there, but someone’s dropping the ball on maintenance. It wasn’t a terrible stay, just not what I was expecting.

"Pool wasn’t clean and getting transferred around was frustrating"
The pool looked dirty, which was a real letdown and kind of put a damper on our whole stay. I tried asking about it, but I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which just made the whole situation more frustrating. Not the relaxing experience we were hoping for.

We booked our stay through grandcountry.com it ended up being a really good fit for our family. The kids had plenty to keep them busy, which meant we weren’t constantly trying to come up with the next thing to do (always a win). The site was easy enough to use too, no headache there. We’d definitely go again.

"We checked in at Grand Country and it..."
We checked in at Grand Country and it was way smoother than I expected. The lady at the front desk was friendly and already had everything ready for us.
I thought we might be stuck waiting in a long line, but it moved fast. She went over the room details and wristbands in a simple way, so there wasnt any confusion.
After being in the car for hours, it was really nice to get through check in without any hassle. It was a good start to the trip for sure.
